How do I reserve a rental?
Browse the rentals on our home page, tap Book Now to add items to your cart, then open the cart and pick your rental dates, delivery time and quantities. Checkout takes just a couple of minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–2 days ahead to lock in your equipment, especially in the busy summer season. That said, we offer free next-day delivery and can often accommodate last-minute requests — just give us a call.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Just reply to your confirmation email or call us at (603) 555-1234 and we’ll take care of it.
Do you deliver, and is there a fee?
We offer free next-day delivery across Hampton Beach and the New Hampshire Seacoast. Your equipment arrives sanitized and fully charged, and we pick it back up at the end of your rental — you don’t have to lift a thing.
What areas do you serve?
Hampton, Hampton Beach, Seabrook, North Hampton, Rye, Portsmouth and the surrounding Seacoast towns. Not sure if you’re in range? Get in touch and we’ll confirm.
Will someone show me how to use the equipment?
Absolutely. At drop-off we walk you through operating your scooter, wheelchair or walker, answer any questions, and make sure everything is adjusted and comfortable before we go.
How does pricing work?
Every item is priced per day, shown right on the rental card. Your total is simply the daily rate times the number of days, times quantity. Delivery is free; any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and processed by Stripe — we never store your card information.
Is a deposit required?
For most rentals, no separate deposit is needed — you simply pay the rental total at checkout. For longer or higher-value rentals we may place a small refundable hold, which we’ll always tell you about up front.
Are the scooters and wheelchairs sanitized?
Always. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals, inspected for safety, and delivered fully charged and ready to go.
What is the weight capacity of your scooters?
It varies by model. Our travel scooters support up to 300 lb, while our heavy-duty sport models support up to 400 lb. Each product page lists the capacity — or call us and we’ll help you pick the right fit.
Can a beach wheelchair really go on the sand?
Yes! Our beach wheelchairs ride on wide balloon tires that roll easily across soft sand and right down to the water’s edge — they even float in the surf, so everyone can enjoy the beach.
